AB Property Partners Ltd is a company specialising in providing accommodation for our clientele which includes company contractors, families and visitors to the area. Our company currently focusses on the Portsmouth area due to our first-hand local area knowledge, having both grown up nearby.

We have direct insight into property management as well as accommodation services, Bradley has worked as a commercial diver for a number of years and travels regularly both in the UK and overseas. He has found that his best experiences in regards to comfort and productivity have been when he has been staying in professional accommodation as opposed to hotels in order to have a home from home experience. However, there is some lacking availability of this accommodation, this was a contributing factor for starting our business as we wanted to provide professionals like Bradley that experience and make working potentially away from family, a more comfortable experience. We also have seen both sides of renting properties, Bradley has grown up with family working in the property management sector so has seen directly the challenges landlords face, this gave us motivation to provide a solution to landlords by giving them a hassle-free, hands-off approach to renting whilst ensuring consistent rent as well as professional management and maintenance. Atlanta has grown up living in rented properties for 20+ years so has the alternative intel on the client point of view and can utilitse this to maximise the desirability of a property to further solidify that guaranteed rent. Our company benefits our clients by providing them with the appropriate accommodation for their needs whilst ultimately benefiting you, the landlord, by freeing them of the day-to-day hassles.
